CRE Agents
CRE Agents is a vertical AI agentic platform that deploys pre-trained "digital coworkers" purpose-built for commercial real estate workflows. Rather than a chatbot or copilot, each digital coworker executes specific, deliverable-producing tasks, parsing rent rolls from PDFs, abstracting OMs, drafting IC memos, pulling comps, building location narratives, and more, across acquisitions, asset management, brokerage, loan origination, and development. Born out of AI technology developed and battle-tested at Stablewood (a data-enabled CRE investment firm) where the same system underwrote 50,000+ deals and saved the equivalent of 20 full-time analysts over 4 years. Launched professionally in February 2026.
