EliseAI, an AI company serving housing and healthcare, will hold its first conference for multifamily operators, called Elise Beyond, from September 2 to 4, 2026 at the JW Marriott in Nashville. The company announced the event on July 7.

The conference is pitched as hands-on training for operators to get more out of multifamily AI, with sessions led by the people who built EliseAI’s products and by operators running them. “Elise Beyond is where we’re showing multifamily where the industry is going next,” said Minna Song, CEO and co-founder of EliseAI.

What’s on the agenda

The event page says the conference will include major new product releases, though EliseAI hasn’t said which products or capabilities it plans to reveal. Named sessions include “The Power-User Playbook: How to Get 8x ROI Out of the AI Products You Already Own,” a session on customization, and an “Ask Me Anything” with Song on running an AI-first company. One session claims AI can approve applications 300% faster. Those figures are EliseAI’s own framing.

Registration and dates

Registration is open, with early-bird single passes at $399 through July 10 and a group rate of $299 per person for parties of three or more, rising to as much as $999 later. The keynote opens September 2 at 4 p.m.
